PuraLife Water Filters Warranty

We Cover

The Puralife Water Filters warranty covers any defects in the parts or manufacturing of all Puralife Water Filters products. We will provide you with new replacement parts in exchange for any defective parts. This doesn’t apply to consumable items like filters or membranes.

Please note that the following high value items (over £100) must be returned in their original condition or at least in a reasonable / re-sellable condition. Including the original packaging as it was originally packaged when you received it. The special items below which have been opened and or used will only be refunded if they prove to be a manufacturing fault.

  • POE Whole House Water Filtration Systems

  • Reverse Osmosis units

  • Countertop RO Water Dispensers units

What to Do

Give Puralife Water Filters a call on 0333-577-7122 or send us an email to contactus@puralifewaterfilters.co.uk and describe the problem to our customer support team. Be sure to have a copy of your purchase confirmation email or receipt. Our customer support team will verify that the product and the problem are under warranty and will help you to arrange to send your defective part back to Puralife Water Filters with your receipt and contact information (name, address, phone number, email address). Customer support will help arrange sending of the defective item/part, the delivery of your replacement part, as well as guiding you through the installation.

Unfortunately due to strict insurance terms we are not allowed to receive any un-authorised visitors at our premises. This includes anyone returning an order and/or who wants to talk with us face-to-face or over the door way intercom. We will not be held liable for any claims resulting from vistors without appointments that have been confirmed in writing. Any goods left at the main address without prior arrangement confirmed in writing will be left at your own risk.

Please rest assured that we are real people of high integrity who honour customer care, we are always responsive and available on the phone and by email. However in todays society due to "no win no fee" claims our insurance company insists on us upholding these terms.

Time Covered

Unless upgraded to an extended warranty plan, the standard warranty is effective for 1 full year from the date of original purchase.  


Not Covered

This warranty does not cover labor for removal or installation, accumulation of dirt or grime (you are responsible for your own cleaning), systems with the serial number removed or altered, damage from improper storage (high or low temperature, sun damage, etc), damage from a system not installed as instructions directed, anyone other than original purchaser, damage from system abuse or unintended operation of system, acts of God, improper water source, modification, negligence, commercial use of the system, filters, RO membrane, incidental damages from system failure, systems used with parts not provided by Puralife Water Filters (including tanks, filters, faucets, pumps, diverter valves), or any cosmetic damages.
