For All standard UK shipping, we send all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, or Evri.


Next Day Delivery: We also send orders next day delivery Monday to Friday, the order must be placed before 12pm to receive for the next day delivery (on occasions we may send on a Saturday if you have made an order late on a firday or saturday morning but we cannot guarantee it will always arrive on Sunday as some couriers do not deliver on Sundays.


All shipping methods are tracked and signed for. Please make sure you provide us with up to date delivery details including your current telephone number.

Please don’t provide a P.O. Box as your delivery address.

Certain courier companies will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Details

Puralife Water Filters doesn’t send deliveries on Sunday’s or on major holidays including bank holidays. Puralife Water Filters cannot accept responsibility for delays in shipping caused by shipping services. We will provide you with your tracking details via text message once your order has been shipped.

Return Details

For any returns you need to get a Returns Number. To get a returns number please contact our customer support team.

Return Time
If your product is found to be defective, within 40 days of your purchase, we will help arrange for the product to be sent back. After 40 days the product is subject to the warranty offered with the product.


Returns Shipping

When packaging the product please use its original box. If you no longer have the original box, then use a box of the same strength and size. Try to pack the product in the same manner it originally came to prevent shipping damage. Be sure to include everything that was in the original box, including any free gift items. Make sure to drain all water from any product before shipping. Make sure to wrap the parts in plastic for shipping.
In your package, add a copy of your receipt or purchase information along with your Returns Number and contact details(Name, Phone Number, Email Address).

Cancelling an Order

If your item has not been shipped yet you can cancel your order (most items are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order). Just contact support and they will help to cancel your order (The quickest way to contact us is via whatsapp or calling us directly). If your item has already been picked up for shipment it cannot be canceled and you will have to return the item for a refund.

Refusing a Shipment
Do not refuse your shipment without a Returns Number. All returns must have a Returns Number. If you refuse a shipment without a Returns Number then no refund will be given.
If you have already obtained a Returns Number from us you can apply it to the shipment and refuse it. Shipping charges will be applied and deducted from the balance of your refund.


Refunds Details

Refunds are given using the payment method used when you place your order. Refunds usually take 3-10 working days to process. Refunds are processed after we receive your return. The amount of the refund will be based on the manufacturer’s warranty and Puralife Water Filters return policy. If your item was bought on sale, the same sale price will be used to determine your refund.


Refund Policy

Every Puralife Water Filter Water Filter System, parts, and filters come with a 40 day money back guarantee from the purchase date. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

  • If your system was returned completely unused (unopened with filters in original condition) we will give 100% of the full purchase price refund when we receive the unused and undamaged system.

  • If the system was returned after being used and was not defective, or if your filter (cartridge) packaging was opened, 20% of the price will be used as a restocking fee when the package is received undamaged.

  • If your merchandise was defective due to a manufacturing defect we will refund 100% of the full purchase price when we receive the merchandise in undamaged condition.

Be sure to have a copy of your purchase confirmation email or receipt. Our customer support team will verify that the product and the problem are under warranty and will help advise you to arrange to send your defective product or specific part back to Puralife Water Filters with your receipt and contact information (name, address, phone number, email address).

Unfortunately due to strict insurance terms we are not allowed to receive any un-authorised visitors at our premises. This includes anyone returning an order and/or who wants to talk with us face-to-face or over the door via intercom. We will not be held liable for any claims resulting from visitors without appointments that have been confirmed in writing. Any goods left at the main address without prior arrangement confirmed in writing will be left at your own risk.

Please rest assured that we are real people of high integrity who pride ourselves on honouring our customer care responsibilities, we are always responsive and available on the phone, whatsapp and by email Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. However in todays society due to the rising number of "no win no fee" claims our insurance company insists on us upholding these terms.
